Prices for weekly Vacant Property Inspections with a full detailed report start for as little as £10.00 per week.
In accordance with the usual standard terms of insurance Metropolitan Security Services will provide you with fully recorded VPI security visit in accordance with your insurer’s requirements. The VPI is undertaken by a trained SIA licensed security officer.
The inspection will be tailored to meet your exact requirements, which more often than not include water, electric, and gas readings. A comprehensive report will be electronically sent, along with detailed photographic evidence for your records, within 24 hours of the inspection(s).
